John wastes paper

I don't know why but I occasionally feel the need to doodle from old 1960s comic book covers, especially by Neal Adams. Nothing detailed. Really just the big shapes.

Two more tracing studies from photography. The one on the right is more successful, I think.

Was watching an old documentary on the Kennedy clan and all the old b&w photos got me to pick up a pencil and start doodling - mostly searching for the bigs shapes.

 There is a certain amount of skill in translating a photograph into a line drawing. But I'm not there yet.
